Nanodigmbio@2018 Sequencing Technology and Application Summit

On December 25, 2018, the "2018 Sequencing Technology and Application Summit" hosted by MGI was successfully concluded in Shanghai. The summit invited nearly 20 experts and scholars from the industry, and gave wonderful speeches on various topics related to sequencing technology. The guests on the summit focused on the three major themes of "Sequencing technology to facilitate multi-omics research and application", "Sequencing technology to facilitate tumor genomics research and application", and "Sequencing technology development, innovation and transformation application". 

Dr. Wenli Zheng, CTO of Nanodigmbio, was invited to give a final speech entitled "Total Solution of Targeted sequencing on MGI platforms". Dr. Zheng demonstrated the targeted sequencing solution developed by Nanodigmbio based on the MGI sequencing platforms. Dr. Zheng illustrated performance of library solution and panels for targeted capture.

At the end of the summit, MGI and Nanodigmbio signed a strategic partner agreement to jointly develop a library construction and targeted capture solution based on MGI sequencing platform. In the future, Nanodigmbio will cooperate with MGI to jointly build a new industry ecosystem on MGI platforms.
