01 Introduction to the Exhibition
The 2025 American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) Annual Meeting will be held October 14-18 in Boston, USA. ASHG is the world's largest professional body dedicated to advancing the research and application transformation of human genetics and genomics, supporting new discoveries and applications for decades. The Society was founded in 1948 to lead the research, education and service of human genetics. Since its inception in 1948, ASHG has grown to become the world's largest annual meeting of human genetics and genomics, attracting more than 8,000 attendees each year.
The 5-day conference will include a variety of topics, covering new technologies, new applications and cutting-edge research, and comprehensively showcasing the major scientific advances in genetics and genomics this year.

03 Product Recommendation
3.1 μCaler Multi-scenario application solution
μCaler Hybrid System is a liquid phase hybridization capture system optimized for the targeted enrichment of small panels. μCaler NanoBlockers and μCaler Panel based on innovative scheme constitute a complete liquid phase hybridization capture system. Complete the entire process of capture library construction in a single day. μCaler Panel is a commercialized or customized Panel based on the innovative design of Nanodigmbio's independent intellectual property rights, which can quickly find the binding position in the reaction system, and further stabilize after multiple probes are combined with the target area. With this system, Nanodigmbio has launched μCaler DNA Full Screen System Comprehensive Solution and two sets of NGS-MRD solutions, namely: μCaler MRD Solution (Tumor-informed Assay) and μCaler AML MRD Comprehensive Solution (Tumor-uninformed Assay), It can also be applied to the detection of common cancer HotSpot mutation areas (μCaler HotSpot Panel), methylation detection (μCaler EMS Panel), pathogen microbial detection, multiple cancer methylation detection with FS system (μCaler FS EMS+ Panel), etc.
3.2 NadAuto-series Fully Automatic End to End NGS Solution
NadAuto 16R Fully-automated NGS Workstation, independently designed and developed by Nanodigmbio, designed for small- to medium-throughput NGS library preparation. It supports the full NGS workflow, including sample aliquoting, nucleic acid extraction, DNA normalization, purification, quantification, sample pooling, library preparation, and hybrid capture. The host has 12 standard SBS built-in plate positions, allowing for the flexible combination of functional modules, carrier, and consumables to meet the needs of various scenarios and sample amounts. Meanwhile, it is accompanied by a liquid handling module with 8-channel pipetting tips and a plate gripper, supporting the loading of 1/8 pipette tips, enabling flexible configuration based on the samples amounts, thus enhancing efficiency and facilitating plate transfer effortlessly. It accommodates 8 or 16 pre-libraries preparation and 8 hybrid capture reactions to meet diverse throughput requirements. In addition, Nanodigmbio offers multiple automated workstations tailored to different applications and throughput needs, all of which can be intelligently networked for enhanced multi instrument automation and coordination.
To better integrate with the Fully-automated NGS Workstations, Nanodigmbio has launched the plate-based packaging reagents for pre-library preparation and hybridization capture designed specifically for NadAuto-series to further shorten reagent preparation time and optimize the operating experience. This design pre-loads all reagents into standard plates, significantly reducing manual placement and pipetting operations. This not only effectively minimizes the risk of human error but also greatly enhances experimental efficiency, allowing users to perform automated operations more smoothly.
Optimized Highlights of Plate-based Packaging Reagents
• Significantly reduces reagent preparation time: Experiments can be started within 10 min.
• Shortens automation runtime: Eliminates lengthy reagent aliquoting steps, reducing operation time by 5%-8%.
• Flexible throughputs adaptability: Supports variable sample numbers to meet different throughput requirements for library preparation.
• Aluminum foil heat-sealing packaging: Ensures sealing and stability during transportation and storage.
• No concerns about reagent loss.
• Saves storage space.
